J23 poster by CptFury J23 poster by CptFury
A band poster -
The actual printed poster was just done on white paper (instead of the aged-yellowed here), but this was more what I had in mind when I was working on it- like an old poster hanging in a blown up city.

Why not print the old paper? Like it is?

I can (and will;)) do that for myself- but the design was sent to a screenprinter who made a bunch of copies- the white paper they had was really cheap, and our budget was tight. I'm not sure how easy it would be to do an aged look from screenprinting, not being real familiar with the process( i've only personally done real simple designs with it), but basically, we were trying to keep it cheap and simple for them.

Cool. How did you "age" the paper?

Thanks :) The aged look comes from an overlay Iadded in photoshop over the vector design.
